How It Works

1. Purchase this service using the agreed price.
2. Send any remaining files, text, images, branding assets, or other materials that were discussed before purchase.
3. Work begins once all required information has been received.
4. The completed project will be delivered within the agreed timeframe.
5. One revision round is included unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Please Note

• Delivery time begins only after all required files and information have been received.
• Any delay in providing required materials may extend the delivery date accordingly.
• Additional revisions or new requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
• Due to the personalized nature of this service, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not available once work has commenced.
• Required files and information must be submitted within 14 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed. If no information is received within this period, the project may be considered closed and the reserved production time forfeited.

This product is intended only for clients who have discussed their project with us before purchasing.

By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that the scope of work, pricing, deliverables, timeline, revision policy, and any limitations have already been agreed upon through written communication, including but not limited to email, WhatsApp, Etsy Messages, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, or other written correspondence.

Any requests made after purchase that fall outside the previously agreed scope may require an additional quotation and separate purchase.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, ownership of the final agreed deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Working files, source files, concepts not selected, and draft materials remain the intellectual property of The Hook Marketing unless specifically included in the agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client grants The Hook Marketing permission to display the completed deliverables, selected design concepts, and non-confidential project materials for portfolio, marketing, promotional, educational, and social media purposes. Any confidential, sensitive, or personal information will be removed or anonymized where appropriate. If the client requires the project to remain confidential or not be featured in our portfolio or marketing materials, this must be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
